    Together with Chef Julian Rodriguez, we formed Los Primos. Cooking mainly Mexican dishes at private events, pop-ups and finedining events. Normally we did events of two seatings for between 20 till 60 persons and had the same event two times in an evening, this way we could serve between 40 to 120 persons in one day. We used the events to test out new dishes on a danish crowd but also to keep improving our cooking skills within Méxican cuisine.
