Principal Consultant / Hiring Manager – Compumatics Group, Tysons Corner, VAContracts supported: I2S (ITDAS), AP2, TIPSS4, T4, TOMS, NETCOM, COMET, & NOAA NWS • Primary point of contact with Prime partners for satisfying staff augmentation and contract requirements. • Performs full life cycle recruiting and all hiring functions to include: marketing, sourcing, prescreening, interviewing, salary negotiation, extending offers, submission process and managing approval process.• Successfully recruit senior level candidates with highly desired skill sets including AWS/ C2S, Network Engineers; Cyber Security SME’s and Java Developers in support of IC sector TS/SCI Full Scope Polygraph cleared IT positions. • Effectively recruit and place project managers, test automation engineers, QA analysts, Rational Tools SME’s, InfoSec’s, Telecom Engineers and Software Developers, supporting contracts with IRS, Veterans Affairs and NOAA.• Manage large number of open requisitions from multiple clients and prioritize the hiring priorities by order of importance.• Utilize referrals, reference checks, and various search engines to identify passive candidates.• Utilize social and business networks to identify candidates and build candidate pipelines.• Leverage online recruiting resources and in-house Applicant Tracking System to identify and source qualified candidates.• Develop and maintain a network of contacts to help identify and source qualified candidates.
