- Designed, developed and implemented the AFfinity Interface Management system (AIM), a complex middleware application designed to broker data between third-party vendors and AF’s Blackbaud CRM system. - AIM was designed from the ground up using Microsoft SQL Server, SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS), a suite of .NET Framework service applications written in C#, and an ASP.Net MVC front-end for monitoring and troubleshooting processes. The Blackbaud Infinity SDK was also used extensively.

- Responsible for extracting data from various systems, including SAP R/3, Amdocs Clarify, and Click Scheduler, and making that data available in a SQL Server data mart for complex analysis and reporting.- Made use of a broad range of Microsoft tools, including SQL Server 2008, SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) and SQL Server Analysis Services (SSAS).- Created executive reports and dashboards using Advanced Microsoft Excel PivotTables, PivotCharts, and VBA scripting. - Responsible for the design, development and implementation of critical business systems that facilitated systems integration between Reliance and its external clients and third-party vendors.- Key accomplishments include the implementation of Trust Focus, an enterprise web portal application which provided access to all of Reliance’s internet-based services. This highly-secure system was implemented using ASP.Net, C#, .NET Framework 3.5 and SQL Server 2008.- Implemented Reliance Interchange, an enterprise-level financial transaction management system that exchanged data with external partners. This was implemented using C#, .NET Framework 3.0 and SQL Server 2005.- Extensive experience integrating software applications with the Sungard AddVantage trust accounting system.

- Served as Project Leader for the technical implementation of the Customer Interaction Center project – a centralized customer service call center with interfaces to several fulfillment vendors and AF’s centralized Team Approach CRM.- Designed and architected the integration between the multiple systems, including Microsoft Commerce Server, JD Edwards, Peoplesoft, Team Approach and Professional Inbound (call center software). Complexities included credit card processing, inventory synchronization, data security and customer demographics.- Managed a technical team of 15 individuals, from five different companies. The project was implemented successfully on time and within budget.

- Responsible for the technical aspect of bringing new clients on to the Pro-Mail fulfillment system. This included data migration, system configuration, creating custom reports and setting up client websites.- Developed and implemented a new version of the Red Cross Proposal Builder tool using Visual Basic 6.0, SQL Server 2000 and COM+.- Using Microsoft BizTalk Server, developed a data integration architecture to receive fulfillment orders in flat-file format and convert them to XML for processing by Pro-Mail.

- Designed and led the implementation of the TrackXact eFulfillment Web Platform. The solution was implemented using a suite of Microsoft tools including Commerce Server, BizTalk Server, XML / XSL / SOAP, and utilities developed in VB.Net and ASP.Net. The system was integrated into the backend enterprise system using BizTalk Server and EDI. - Managed a team of over 40 resources to implement the TrackXact Enterprise Business System, the cornerstone of all operational activities at ShipXact. The project team consisted of internal technical resources, programming and product specialists from four software vendors, and a senior management team. This project was implemented over a 2 year timeframe, with a budget of $3.5mm.- Designed, developed and implemented a fully-integrated Enterprise Data Warehouse and Reporting solution. This consisted of a Microsoft SQL Server 2000 star schema database, accessible to the user community via Seagate Crystal Reports Web Server. This solution exposed nearly 5 million rows of data and offered over 100 criteria-based standard reports, as well as 75 additional customer-specific reports.

- Designed, developed and deployed the Proposal Builder application to assist the Red Cross team in preparing annual sales proposals for direct marketing programs. - This complex application retrieved historical data from multiple backend systems (Oracle, IBM DB2 and FoxPro), and provided a UI to analyze and run scenarios with the data. Results were exported to various Microsoft Office file templates, which were integrated in a final proposal for the specific Red Cross chapter.- The solution was developed using Microsoft Visual Basic 5.0, COM, SQL Server 7.0, and the Microsoft Office API.
