Responsible for day to day operations of Nashoba Security, Inc. (NSI), specializing in access control, CCTV, safes, door hardware and door installation for commerical, industrial and military facilities. Manage technicians and ensure that employees adhere to company policies and procedures to generate cost effective and satisfactory results for both the company and customers. Effectively commuicate with customers to identify needs and evaluate alternative business solutions. Create estimates and negotiate with vendors to maximize margins. Oversee and coordinate purchasing of all materials for projects. Manage all projects to ensure completion in a timely and cost effective manner. Assist with management of inventory.

*Handled licensed art and fabric color approvals (Reebok, NFL, NHL, NCAA, Marvel and Hasbro) working diligently with each licensor to make sure their properties were represented accordingly.*Managed 2 in house and 4-6 freelance graphic artists at any given time to complete theme based projects providing graphic needs (licensed or generic) to the sales people for their customers as needed. *Oversaw domestic and overseas graphic orders working with product development from the beginning stages following up all the way through production and on time shipping. Approved finalized art, fabric color and embellished production strike offs for screen printed and or embroidered apparel orders.
