I truly believe with hard work, patience and a bit of luck. Anything is possible. I began working at a young age in Customer Service and learnt quickly the impact you can have on the general public, moving into COVID myself and many others unfortunately fell victim to redundancies.But I knew it gave me a opportunity to discover a career, I began working as a Customer Service Representative in Phoenix Group, supporting in the Contact Centre and quickly fell in love with the Finance industry and set my sights on this becoming a career not just a job.I started studying, learning the complexitys behind pensions and insurance, going into Data Analytics as a specialist subject, learning SQL, Excel and the importance of Data Integrity.Following on from my self improvement, I began putting those skills into practice when I became a Data Quality Analyst in early 2024
