Supervises & ensures adherence to approved drawings, schedules, budgets, specifications and quality standards.2. Ensuring that progress of works is in accordance with the project work programme. 3. Monitors the project accomplishment and oversees construction activities and implementation 4. Preparation of Schedule Analysis as well as Impacted Schedule for possible request of Time Extensions / Claims. 5. Review and evaluate Sub-Contractor’s requests for time extensions, field change, and extra works. 6. Evaluates PERT-CPM, Implementation Schedule, Work Breakdown Schedule (WBS), Manpower Loadings, Bar Charts, Gantt Chart, S-Curves related to the project.7. Monitoring construction productivity (scheduled versus actual). 8. Preparation & provide analysis regarding Catch-up Plans / Programs to recover incurred delays during Construction 9. Work closely with project managers, architects and other stakeholders to ensure project plans and expectations are in sync.10. Effectively update management and clients on project progress and address any potential issues.11. Prepare comprehensive weekly and monthly progress reports to management and the Client.
