STAT EMS, Inc. is a full service medical and non-medical speciality transportation logistic business, specializing in both Governmental and Medical Facility contractual service agreements as well as 911 service area response Managment. Education and expertise in key business development, finance, Managment Team/Successorship development and technical infrastructure needs have become my recent focus due to the ever-changing world of EMS response and governmental regionalization, including 911 dispatch infrastructure advancements and subsequent procedural change specifications. Historically: Revenue, Pricing, Service Area as well as Key Contractual Service Procurement, Marketing and Operational Quality/Efficiency strategies command the bulk of my attention; while Loss - Cost - and Legal controls represent the key secondary initiatives of my executive oversight responsibilities.
