Provide financial support to Intermountain Health’s Supply Chain Center and it’s related business units. Assist front line managers and directors in monitoring and improving their department budgets. Responsible for maintaining Kronos Analytics, which is a labor productivity and staffing tool. This is a daily & bi-weekly system that provides staffing information for hospital managers and leaders. I continually evaluate, analyze and solve problems within the system. My responsibility is to provide analysis from the tool and deliver training to Intermountain’s financial and operational leadership to allow them to effectively manage their labor productivity. Additionally, I provide analysis and reports related to the budgeting, strategic planning, activity based costing, variance, patient accounts and operations data, and ad-hoc analysis processes which are used to ensure sound financial operations. Compile system wide statistics and labor productivity data to compare efficiency to to external hospitals and medical groups. Then collaborate with hospital service line leadership to achieve benchmarking goals.Job Essentials:Work with financial systems such as Smartview, ActionOI, Peoplesoft, Charge Master, and EDW to perform duties. Create and maintain databases, using knowledge of database software, for collection and tracking of data as it relates to performance measurement.Prepare financial analysis, variance reports and ad hoc reports.Work with internal customers to develop and prepare quantitative reports using data sources to analyze clinical and operational issues.Coordinates with others in gathering information, scheduling processes, and communicating issues.Participate in system-wide processes or improvement projects.

Processed general ledger check payments, posted payments to correct accounts, generated daily revenue reports, audited cash at each facility, reviewed documents for payroll, reviewed journal entries for approval and scanning, and reconciled general ledger accounts.

Processed cash deposits and transactions, cross-sold credit union products and services, opened new accounts for members, and completed federal compliance forms when necessary.
