Starting at Mount Green with the handover of their first private sale scheme the week I joined, the site had failed to secure any pre-handover significant launch. By the time I left 90% had sale completed.In addition to this I managed the shared ownership sales and resales team who also covered specialist leasehold management. Whilst the core focus of the role was to secure and deliver the development program through a number of s106 opportunities and carrying out options appraisals for a number of regen sites within the existing stock holding.

Saxon Weald

I Joined Saxon Weald in 2014 to be part of a energetic highly skilled team responsible for development of new-build housing projects for rent, shared ownership and sale. My Primary involvement was the delivery side of things, but I was also involved in a number of asset re-development and new business projects. Managing them through the planning and procurement stages and onto site with a successful handover to housing, asset and sales teams.Projects included a number of garage sites, town center regeneration, S106 and specialist retirement homes.

Working at a specialist housing and support provider initially working in the Support Services arm of the business I soon transitioned to the housing area of the charity. Working in a small development team I gained a wide knowledge of the complexities of delivering specialist and supported housing for a wide range of client groups including Wheelchair, Learning Disability and Mental Health across the south of England.
