Responsibilities during the life of the project include;• Agile Methodology – Utilized Agile principles in the software development life cycle (SDLC) to to develop new functionality to enhance core business processes.• RFQ Development - Lead business through the system selection process by preparing RFQ documentation, assemble vendor feedback and schedule system demonstrations.• Budget development and tracking - Develop and manage budget for overall project, ancillary projects and related milestones.• Business process development - Lead conversion team through the development of to be business processes which standardized operating procedures across six different lines of business.• Business requirements development - Worked with business and vendor to identify, develop, test, implement and document system modifications necessary to continue day-to-day operations in an efficient manner.• Data conversion - Managed data conversion activities consisting of multiple test conversions leading up to system go-live dates.• UAT - Develop User Acceptance testing and trace-ability matrix with the business.
