Oversee the daily operations of a 400,000 square foot Food Distribution center for a leading 3rd party provider. Building was run for a Fortune 100 company that had on-site leadership and was the flagship start-up facility. Responsible for hiring, training, and managing 17 Supervisors, and 150+ employees. • Managed the transition from Provia WMS operating system to Red Prairie. This change increased throughput by 45% for the facility.• Developed a Quality Reporting system, which in combination with a new training program reduced error rates to a network low of .12%.• Also responsible for Customer Service, Inventory Accuracy, all budgetary responsibilities, and management of all vendor contracts.
