I am a coach, writer, and leadership learning facilitator. I am Head of the Leadership@Work Practice at Wellbeing@Work, where I lead efforts to transform leadership and organizational culture through work designed for wellbeing, work-life agility, and purpose-driven growth. My approach helps organizations embed wellbeing, trust, belonging, and purpose at the heart of their culture, making thriving a standard for all.A core passion of mine is helping individuals discover their generative purpose and make wise pivots at every life stage—whether early in their careers, mid-life, or beyond. My upcoming book, "The Art of Pivoting to Purpose: A Blueprint for Meaning and Wellbeing in an Era of Longevity," explores how people can navigate change with intention and align their strengths across life’s phases.Through coaching, I guide leaders to become dot-connectors and bridge builders who see wellbeing as essential to success. I emphasize big-picture thinking and work-life agility, empowering leaders to create adaptable workplaces that support personal growth and purpose. By embedding wellbeing as work, I help leaders build environments where teams feel empowered to thrive and make meaningful pivots.As a writer, I focus on designing work for life by embedding wellbeing and purpose into all aspects of work. I encourage leaders to view wellbeing, trust, and belonging as key performance drivers, transforming workplace culture to support life and work in harmony.I create ecosystem-oriented spaces in our learning labs where leaders develop generative purpose, intergenerational intelligence, and well-being-first-focused leadership skills. These labs enable leaders to experiment, learn, and emerge as change-makers capable of building cultures supporting employees at all life stages. During my 45-year human and organizational development career, I’ve launched programs like the Total Life Compass Plan Program in 1978, a model that continues to shape global wellness cultures, and the D3 Leadership Learning program, which integrates human-centered leadership for high performance. I created "The Supper: Breaking Bread-Build Bridges," an initiative that fosters empathy and collaboration across diverse perspectives to drive positive change in communities.My vision is to create inclusive, resilient workplaces where wellbeing, purpose, and performance are daily realities. Through my role at Wellbeing@Work, I am committed to making thriving a foundation for all, creating a lasting impact in the ever-evolving landscape of human and organizational development.
