I have worked in Single Family Residence lending since 2004 and in the housing industry for over 30 years. Working with families and individuals to obtain a primary and /or secondary residence as well as investment properties. I have worked with investors on their portfolio, helping to put in place the plan in which makes their business grow. Sitting at the conference table with developers helping lay out the plans for a single family community and assist in the development of a new community. My goal is to help individuals, families and investors obtain their personal goals of ownership in the Idaho residential market. And to team up with local and national developers coming to the Idaho market.Specialties: Building homes and how the loan process works. All the way from appraised value to construction loans. I have built my own home and I do know what it takes to make things work. I have worked with many contractors and know what they expect and how to make the construction process run smoothly. From footings to funding, I consider it a privilege to help families obtain their dreams and developments become a reality.
