Working since 2008 in IBA I began in the customer service department as field service engineer where I used to travel all around the world to install, maintain and troubleshoot accelerator for IBA radiopharma solutions. During more than 3 years I improved different skills as English; troubleshouting; RF system; vacuum; targetery; Ion source; working alone with limited support for the team .Starting in 2012 I joined the R&D department to participate to the development of the S2C2 (accelerator for the ProteusOne proton therapy center). After 3 years on the prototype I'm now working in close loop with the manufacturing department to bring this new product to its industrialisation maturity. This task included different aspects as team leading, technical return of experience (REX) improve the working area; keep constant eyes on the safety aspect (mainly due to high magnetic field); the redaction of the factory test procedure...End of 2016, I joined the project management team and managed several projects (from 100k€ up to 1.5M€) from the industrialization of a product to the improvement of the reliability of the ProteusOne installed base. I've being focusing on accelerator project in relation with my previous company expertise.In 2020, after 4 years of project management I took the lead of the Engineering Hardware team as R&D manager. In this role I'm leading a team of 16 people through the different project and business priority. My role is to coach and develop talents to be key members of projects. We are leading the hardware change of the PT product through the R&D business unit supported by the whole engineering dept (65+ people)

From 2012 I'm working on the development of the new accelerator of IBA for the proton therapy center "ProteusOne".I began this challenge by testing in factory the new accelerator and participate actively in its development. I participate on each subsystem field test like:- super conduction coil (which include its power supply and its cryogenic system) working at 4K. - High magnetic field.- RF system based on a variable frequency.- High speed rotating capacitor.- Vacuum equipment.- cold cathode ion source.The second phase for me was the installation on the accelerator on the site prior beam test. And kept focused on the field test and reporting. I was in first line between the first installation of this product IBA R&D department in Belgium.This task accomplished, we focused all the "BPS team" to deliver all documents needed for the FDA filing. Which provide my new skills in DOORS and good expertise on risk analisis and validation procedure.With the experiance kept, since biginning of 2015, I'm in charged of the technical following up of the production of the 2 next accelerators in charge of the R&D department. Focused on deadlines and factory test. My position there in the production line is to give good return of experience ( REX) to improve the industrialisation of the S2C2. The writing and improvement of the factory test procedure are another part of my job.In the mean time I'm also in charge of the hand-on training of new field services engineer for S2C2. This means working in closed loop with the training department to create, support and verify new technical training documents. In the assembly hall I'm also giving some support to improve the working area dedicated to the production of the S2C2. I created an "IDhall" (IDhall is a web application for ideas campaigns with an easy follow up and support) dedicated to this subject where I managed all new incoming ideas with the manufacturing department.
