Working since 2008 in IBA I began in the customer service department as field service engineer where I used to travel all around the world to install, maintain and troubleshoot accelerator for IBA radiopharma solutions. During more than 3 years I improved different skills as English; troubleshouting; RF system; vacuum; targetery; Ion source; working alone with limited support for the team .Starting in 2012 I joined the R&D department to participate to the development of the S2C2 (accelerator for the ProteusOne proton therapy center). After 3 years on the prototype I'm now working in close loop with the manufacturing department to bring this new product to its industrialisation maturity. This task included different aspects as team leading, technical return of experience (REX) improve the working area; keep constant eyes on the safety aspect (mainly due to high magnetic field); the redaction of the factory test procedure...End of 2016, I joined the project management team and managed several projects (from 100k€ up to 1.5M€) from the industrialization of a product to the improvement of the reliability of the ProteusOne installed base. I've being focusing on accelerator project in relation with my previous company expertise.In 2020, after 4 years of project management I took the lead of the Engineering Hardware team as R&D manager. In this role I'm leading a team of 16 people through the different project and business priority. My role is to coach and develop talents to be key members of projects. We are leading the hardware change of the PT product through the R&D business unit supported by the whole engineering dept (65+ people)
