DIGITAL MARKETING GOUVERNANCE• Support more than 18 brands and follow production companies’ projects to ensure quality of execution• Provide guidelines and recommendations to Swatch Group brands in Digital Marketing area• Manage portfolio of products and systems used within the group for Digital Marketing activities• Define and ensure that Swatch Group standards are respected in terms of quality, security, data protection• Find synergies within the projects, connect the stakeholders and facilitate the communication across the brands, the group and the different areas (Management, IT, Legal, etc.)CRM INTEGRATION AND PROGRAM MANAGEMENT• Coordinate the CRM projects based on Microsoft Dynamics of more than 8 brands at group level• Single point of contact at headquarter level regarding the CRM area (for the top management, legal, security and supplier)• Support the business in their needs analysis and project management• Responsible for the seamless integration of each CRMs in the existing infrastructure• Responsible for the retail and customer service unique interfaces development project• Act as a technology evangelistBUSINESS ANALYSIS• Analyze business requirements, provide recommendations and interface with the different IT departments• Design systems to better integrate Digital Marketing tools in Swatch Group IT landscapeWEB SECURITY• Perform security audits of web applications in collaboration with the brands, the internal IT team and external suppliers• Proactively working to identify vulnerabilities on a daily basis• Evaluate and recommend security products and technologies for web security• Work closely with the CISO to establish web security development best practices and corporate policiesTRAINING• Provide training to Digital Marketing people in multiple areas: Web Analytics, AdWords, SEO, A/B Testing and multivariate, CR optimization, web best practices, web security, etc.
