While working part-time as a construction project manager, Marc Morale attended the Illinois Institute of Technology on a “Hispanic of the Future” grant. A student of civil engineering, he gained practical knowledge as a three-year member of the student chapter of the Hispanic American Construction Industry Association. Marc Morale went into business for himself several years after leaving Illinois Tech, assuming his current role as owner and president of Hamilton Construction in 1996. This company works with the city of Chicago to construct necessary municipal water main and sewage infrastructure. Marc Morale grew up as a member of the Royal Rangers, a scouting program for boys that embraces traditional Christain values. Now that his kids are involved with the program, he volunteers as a leader in the Royal Rangers program and is a member of their auxiliary group the Frontiersmen Camping Fellowship.In his free time, Mr. Morale enjoys mountain biking and scuba diving. He is also an experienced dive photographer and videographer.
