The Area Director of Advertising Programs oversees all aspects of the undergraduate Advertising Programs. Primary responsibilities include strategic leadership for the current Advertising Management Major and the three Advertising Minor programs and the development of innovative Advertising Programs and pathways to optimize student success.

I am the instructor for Creative Strategy at Portland State University. This course is designed to provide an in-depth look at the inner workings of an advertising agency or in-house marketing department, through the lens of a working ad professional.
