-Underwrite and structure new or existing complex credit transactions with $3MM single signature approval authority.-Utilize proprietary systems to appropriately assign risk ratings for approval rationale for borrowers.-Call on credit clients and prospects, as well as perform site visits.-Monitor client’s operating performance to proactively identify deterioration.-Spread financial statements, credit reports, and tax returns utilizing MRA.-Make fundamental assessment of ratios.-Implement financial reporting/performance packages at origination and perform loan modifications, if applicable.

-Underwrite and structure credit transactions for floorplan, real estate, and commercial loans, primarily to existing clients.-Administer renewals/extensions, new exposures to existing clients and loan modifications.-Participate in the internal credit approval processes and assist in preparation of term sheets.-Deliver financial, industry, economic and other analysis to facilitate decision making, while ensuring adherence to credit policies, guidelines, and other applicable regulatory requirements.-Make recommendations that mitigate risk or remedy exceptions in regards to client financial monitoring.

-Assist clients in achieving their financial goals via delivery of bank debt and deposit capabilities. -Protect bank assets by monitoring loan collateral and review client financial and operational performance.-Mitigate potential for loss by managing problem conditions through analysis of financial statements, sales volume, payoff trends, audit performance, inventory aging.-Monitor trends relative to payment of interest, curtailments, and matured inventory.-Coordinate with the collateral management group to ensure cash audits are conducted per procedural requirements.
