In order to accomplish the project’s externalization, an initial 4 month period on-site was required (Velizy-VillaCoublay France) to acquire the knowledge and autonomy on the client provisioning system back-end. This way, the project is able to be sustained (new functionalities implementation and bug-fixing) near-shore in the Portuguese offices.
