I represent the culture of the life-long-learning philosophy, I like to question myself because I know that I do not know everything and tomorrow can always hold a game changer. I do not like micromanagement and an “it has always been that way” attitude. In every limit I see an opportunity thats why I like to think in solutions not in problems.I am a very open-minded and emphatic person which allows me to read between the lines and take on another persons perspectives. I love helping people unlock their potential by coaching and training them in self-awareness and learning methods. To work with and for my team makes me whole. And of course, I have a deep connection to mobile technology and digitalization - thats why I don't need paper except Post-Its ;) My professional goal is to advance simple mobile solutions and processes that make live easier and more efficient. Personally, I want to make the world and myself a bit better. Therefore, I constantly ask myself, how can I be better today than I was yesterday.
