Directs, coordinates, and monitors projects ensuring progress is on schedule and with in budget. Beginning with conception and continuing during design, selection, installation, implementation, and training. Recruit, develop and supervise janitorial, maintenance personnel. Manage building and systems repairs and appearance of the facility both interior and exterior. Works on the Safety Committee to help Motivate, people with polices and procedures. Manage staff of facility and maintenance personal 7 days a week round the clock during non-peak and peak season.

I was there in helping start a camp for people with NF where they could go and be their self and meet others with NF to share their feelings about Neurofibromatosis.
