Management of the UK Export Platform to comply with Supreme’s worldwide food supply requirements within all legal obligations. Day-to-day management of the total supply chain from receipt of order to on-time delivery to overseas locations such as Germany, Afghanistan, Falkland Islands and Oman. Liaison with a myriad of Supreme Managers (Depot, Supply Chain, Transport) based overseas to ensure a fluid operation is maintained. Responsible for the development and compliance of the Supreme UK Business Plan, taking full responsibility for the site operation, service levels, cost control and resource allocation with overall responsibility for all staff, ensuring that they have the correct training and right tools to perform their tasks, instigate development plans and ensure that they are fully briefed on all relevant business issues. In conjunction with the Financial Manager be responsible for the preparation and achievement of budget, analyse P&L and achieve agreed financial budgets, provide reports to the Logistics Director and Customer with regards to contract performance and provide briefings and presentations to Senior Directors and Customers

Reporting to Director Of Operations UK MoD, Management of all MoD Operational Theatres & Overseas Exercises responsible for supply of Class 1 Materials (Food, Water & Associated Products). Direct liaision with the Customer based in UK and overseas, whilst also Deputising (during leave etc) and support to General Managers. Identifying new business development oppurtunities within the contract and implementing Succession Planning Develop Strategies and Concepts for the improvement and ongoing development of the depots.
