Discover/develop techniques for merging multiple SVN repositories to a monolith repository with Large File System, and sub-modules for third party items such as GCC, open SSH. Prototype and change build system and surrounding tool sets to use GIT with corresponding Jira, Jenkins, and Artifactory changes. Create procedures and train the team, with most of the team having zero git experience; adding hooks on client and server to make the experience less stressful. Modernization and reimplementation of legacy product from K&R C with OpenView on HPUX to Linux with Web Based UI using C++17. Started from concept states with discussions with customer, to proof of concept, with development in progress.
