As a team leader, I see it in my responsibility to provide a fertile ground for my team members, that they have the possibility to grow and develop. Also I see it as my duty, to create the right environment to stimulate their creativity and bring them to their optimal performance. Beside my team leader role, I'm responsible for the integration of wireless technologies. This includes the evaluation and integration of RF modules and antennas in our devices. Another part is measuring and verifying the antenna pattern and the link quality. The certification of our devices according actual worldwide regulations is also a part of my work.In addition I lead the Wireless Expert Group, which has a strong focus to the upcoming wireless technologies and the company internal wireless strategy.
