The transportation engineering world is changing. Design 3D modeling plays a big role in multiple stages of a project. The learning curve for this new technology is approximately 5 years. Many companies are learning that the hard way by starting on projects that required 3D modeling and getting hung up on data management, hardware, software issues. Learning the basic and starting a 3D model is quite simple, but to get an actual working design model, cross-section and earthwork takes a little more experience. We want to be HONEST and we want to HELP. We can expedite your learning curve and productivity, be there to support your project from start to finish, no matter how large the project are. My goal is to help everyone understand the many different aspects that goes into designing a complete model such as software, hardware setup, workspace, configuration, Z factor, etc. At PGAL we have fully invested in the OpenRoads technology. Our Engineers and Designers have gone through 4 stages of OpenRoads training and are capable of handling projects of any size. We can also support any company transitioning to the OpenRoads technology.
