Marc studied law in Paris. He obtained a Master of Laws degree and a Phd in international business law. After an internship at the legal department of Parfums Yves Saint Laurent, Marc started his career within the legal department of Arthur Andersen International before joining Price Waterhouse, Tax and Legal, Paris. He then moved to Price Waterhouse EU services in Brussels, responsible for the EU law unit. Subsequently, he was transferred to Landwell as the Head of International Commercial and EU law department. He joined TaylorWessing Brussels office as Managing Partner in 2005 up to early 2010 when he joined De Wolf & Partners. He is member of the Paris and Brussels Bars.Marc regularly publishes articles and lectures on various subjects of commercial and competition law. He is member of the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC), the International Distribution Institute (IDI). He is member of the Paris and Brussels Bars.He speaks fluent French and English. He is responsible of the French Desk.
