Manages training requirements and maintain proper documentation such as medical and dental records required to ship or discharge trainees. As the Digital Training Management System (DTMS) operator tracking Mission Essential Task List (METL) development, collective training tasks that support the METL, tracks individual and team training within a unit following current doctrine, tactics, techniques, and procedures outlined in ADP 7-0 along with the Army’s Training Network (ATN) tracking and scheduling training. Distributes and assist in the development of training calendars and schedules. Develop and maintain unit’s SOP on the use of DTMS within the organization and as the unit DTMS Managers serves as the primary instructors at unit level by providing information and training for Soldiers, Leaders, and Senior NCO’s.
