I have been the Executive Director at the Indiana, Illinois and Iowa Foundation for Fair Contracting since 2006. Prior to my work as Executive Director I was Counsel to the Foundation. My work involves enforcement of state and federal prevailing wages, OSHA compliance, proper classification of employees, FLSA and other local, state and federal regulatory matters. I also engage in local, state and federal educational outreach regarding legislative matters inolving transportation and infrastructure needs and the protection of both labor and management issues.

Oversee the IUOE, Local 150 Food Bank. During times of need, the Food Bank feeds over 6,000 families in need annually and provides gift cards and other supplemental faculties. In addition, the Food Bank provides 2 and 4 year degree schoalrships to its members.
