• Primary responsibility is serving as the lead analyst for processing the State of Michigan’s Covid-19 lab results statistics as required under MAG’s contract with the Michigan Department of Health and Human Services (MDHHS)o Standard daily reporting details out various slices and drill downs of lab results information including by county (including city of Detroit and correctional facilities), patient demographics, specimen collections and reported dates, newly positive, lab, etc. o Fulfill ad hoc reporting requests received from MDHHS o Data is received from MDHHS in Hl7 format and processed using Excel and SQL Server Management Studio and their native tools ie: import/export wizard, macros, dynamic SQL, pivot tables.• Other responsibilities include processing monthly data warehouse updates for patient risk score generation, chronic conditions, and provider delivered care management membership (PDCM)

Lead Medicity Analyst for converting Wheaton Franciscan hospital system from Epic to Cerner and utilizing Medicity forresults, bi-directional orders, and label printing between Cerner Powerchart and Epic Ambulatory. • Reduced time spent by Wheaton employees by at least 6 hours a day for lab, radiology, and HIM for manually faxing results to private offices by working with office managers and IT directors and vendors to utilize Medicity and automate this process in a secure manner. • Led testing calls for Wheaton as a result of Integration experience. • Maintained data integrity and integrated orders and results with multiple vendors including Athena, CVMS, Allscripts and more.

Built, tested and implemented interfaces into Nextgen EMR while working with many different vendors. Assisted in thedecommission of CHS HIE and implemented Mirth, opening time for 2.5 FTE’s. Utilized SQL Server to generate reports,troubleshoot data issues, and analyze data. • Led and coordinated ambulatory integration testing and implementation for ICD-10. • Served as Lead Analyst on projects for Meaningful Use including Immunization, Cancer, and Syndromic registries. • Created and maintained Rosetta Interface agents utilized to send/receive clinical data. • Developed knowledge of TCP/IP and active directory. • Increased knowledge of Web Server and Client Server services and configurations. • Automated many processes writing SQL triggers, and stored procedures to alleviate users from manually sorting through lots of data.

Trained physicians on Cerner applications pre Go-Live and supported post Go-Live for the Hospital. Assisted in the training of physicians and nurses in using Cerner and McKessen applications in one on one and group settings. • Provided technical support for physicians and nurses on site and remotely, "Super-User". • Trained new physician coaches on EMR applications. (Trained the trainer)
