Seconded onto days from a shift position to assist the project teams of PM3 and TM1.Some tasks have included, isolating and ensuring old process systems are safe to be removed by contracted demolition company, re-routing of fire water systems to ensure the site still has fire fighting capabilities and checking P&ID drawings of new process systems for PM3 and TM1 for isolation methods, as well as many other tasks.

Completed a concentrated training program for PM Team Leader position according to a agreed time schedule. As a production operator i am responsible for working efficiently and safely in the department, while monitoring the process environment and carrying out relevant maintenance tasks. I am also training in the above grade of job while also teaching apprentices how the process operates. During this time i have also went back to university to achieve a Bachelors of Engineering degree.

As a process relief operator i was positioned in a specific department and developed skills and experience of working in that department. Working efficiently and safely the production process would be monitored and relevant maintenance tasks carried out.

As a production apprentice i gained various qualifications from college, a paper school in Gernsbach, Germany as well as achieving a foundation degree. Work based learning was also completed through 4 month rotations around all departments of the paper mill.
