Prospus Inc. was created with the mission of taking the Prospus Universe platform to market and transforming the way software is produced, distributed and consumed. Prospus Inc. absorbed Prospus LLC, Rundsdale Enterprises LLC in early 2017. Prospus Inc. works directly with Prospus Consulting, Pvt. Ltd. out of India, also owned by Marc Ragsdale. Prospus Inc. is also the owner of Prospus Universe, VesselWise, and a variety of other software products and services.As the CEO of Prospus Inc, Marc is focused on the success of the organization and its individual products.

The objective of Universal Work is to generate standards for effective, outcomes-based work interactions. The Universal Work has been licensed to Prospus and its forthcoming Kaamfu SaaS platform.

Pormora is a passion project stemming from two decades of international leisure travel to some of the most challenging destinations. Our mission is to empower the most creative tour coordinators and operators to transparently organize and offer amazing, end-to-end bespoke tours for discerning world travelers. Pormora is presently in stealth mode, and has been privately funded.As an active advisor, Marc has directly assembled an outstanding team to define and develop the product with continuous market validation. Pormora will operate on a model that Marc himself has perfected over the years with his Prospus group of companies; launching and growing a profitable service company in a lucrative industry while incubating a disruptive product within. Phase 1 of Pormora will see a full-service bespoke travel agency focused on India, but in Phase 2 we will reveal our proprietary tech platform.

Marc oversees the strategic and day-to-day operations of the joint venture between Lelogix and Prospus, including areas of operational collaboration and egovernment product development. By combining the expertise of these two firms, LelogixProspus stands in a unique position to create and deliver much-needed digital services to under-served public bodies in developing countries.In 2019, the LelogixProspus partnership was dissolved after completing its charter mission to introduce exciting new products into the Caribbean market.

VesselWise is the first product from Rundsdale Enterprises LLC out of Fort Lauderdale. VesselWise transforms issue and employee management in luxury yachting, a tech-neglected industry. Marc has been fully responsible for architecting a technology solution to meet the challenges in the industry and transforming the VesselWise suite of applications into a workable product. He has developed the business and revenue model, hired and setting up the management team. Marc officially exited the VesselWise organization in a private sale, and VesselWise has been subsequently transformed into a functional operating system for the retail and customer sector of the marine industry.

Entropolis is a visionary community for entrepreneurs based out of Sydney, Australia. Marc was responsible for establishing the technical vision and leading all aspects of product and technology development in alignment with strategic direction and growth objectives.

Oversaw the support and expansion of multiple integrated information systems for several active hedge funds, including the Shepherd Major Play Option Fund. Created and oversaw their digital marketing and technology strategy. The system was a distributed LAMP stack built in-house on several open-source languages. Additionally, provided support to the investment newsletter division of the company, distributing "The Shepherd Investment Strategist".

Provided professional computer, software, and internet-related services to individuals and companies. Developed integrated enterprise administrative, financial, and security solutions using popular Microsoft and Unix-based technologies. Created an application called "Happy President" that pulled together data from multiple enterprise legacy applications into a single, friendly dashboard. Sold rights to the codebase to a local Portland-based organization.

Worked with executive management, including the President and CFO, to design and implement internal compliance audits to improve financial controls at the store level for a $100mn Taco Bell franchisee. I was responsible for benchmarking and communicating strategic goals for 60+ stores in the Pacific Bells group of companies. Moved into wage and hour compliance monitoring to ensure stores were complying with OSHA regulations. Additionally, designed and implemented first dynamic, web-based financial auditing system on Microsoft technologies.
