Helped build and develop the team's core initial projects, as well as devise solutions for new problems, fresh knowledge, and client requests. Given the team's size, my activities were more proactive and self-dependent. This has also motivated me to keep a clean-code approach to my implementation, with consistent care to thoroughly document and comment on my work.I interacted with clients, communicating and understanding expected and planned requirements for a new project or app, as well as learning to give constructive and comprehensible feedback.My involvement with the planning and implementation stages of our projects taught me the necessity of learning as much as possible about how similar other solutions have been implemented and what blockers can be expected. I practiced researching online tools, solutions, and services, as well as carefully approximating costs and additional requirements that might appear. Through this process, I joined other tech-centered communities, learned to comprehend documentation, and organized my research priorities.Working with junior-level colleagues, full of potential, and as a junior-level myself, I practiced mentoring myself and my colleagues' work, while listening to their feedback and opinions and keeping the work focused and motivated. I accepted feedback and critique and concentrated on staying neutral and open to discussion.
