Having founded M.R. Electrical in 1992, following a decade of developing a network of loyal clients whilst self-employed, I nurtured organic, steady growth and built a team of dedicated industry professionals, many of whom I’m proud to say are still with us today. Organic expansion coupled with encouraging employee autonomy allowed us to confidently diversify our services and team into industrial, healthcare and commercial installations; without ever compromising on our outstanding customer service. An appetite for exploring new opportunities led to the formation of M.R. Connect in 2020 specialising in the design and install of tailored, whole-home AV and lighting systems. Our rapid success in a competitive marketplace stems from the partnership approach we adopt with each of our clients, collaborating with all parties involved in the project to remain flexible and solution-focused.
