I am a seasoned People and Organisational Transformation champion with a very strong Business and Risk Management perspective with over 20 years of practical leadership and managerial experience in the higher learning, training & consulting industries. I help everyone from entrepreneurs and operational managers to board of directors and leaders to acquire and develop the competencies they need to take business and operational risk proactively while managing risk exposure effectively in order to build sustainable high performance business growth models.
