After spending hours standing during a product shoot and having no comfortable and portable solution to make creative adjustments, it hit me how consumers (and their backs) were looking for a new solution for the way they work, create and play. That is why in 2016, I launched TheEdgeDesk which is designed to reduce back pain, boost productivity, and provide an ergonomically patented kneeling workspaces that adjusts to fit consumers working style.As CEO and founder some of our accomplishments include:- Published U.S. utility and design patent as well as a Chinese design patent- Top 1% of all Kickstarter campaigns in history- Desks sold in 42 countries across the world- Recognized by countless media like Mashable, Huffington Post, and Furniture Today as one of today’s optimal alternative work solutions - Future product development includes extensions into eSports, streaming, and other arenas

It was January 2005, and our privately held toy company Zizzle went into the offices of the Walt Disney Company seeking the master toy license to produce and market the toys and action figures for “Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Man’s Chest” and sequels. Dressed in pirate suits and with a strategic plan that would change the marketing game as we knew it, we won the contract and the rest was history. As Chief Marketing Officer some of our accomplishments include:- Year 1 sold over $47MM in Pirates of the Caribbean merchandise - Built worldwide distribution selling products in 74 countries- Created multiple new product categories - Developed ongoing partnerships across Retail, CPG, and QSR- Rebuilt licensed handheld game category with more than 2 dozen licensors

Upon our sale to Hasbro in 1998, I was tasked with helping lead the Marketing Team at Hasbro and building creative Marketing programs to support the company growth and enhance shareholder value.As Executive Vice President some of our accomplishments include:- Managed a $168MM annual media budget- Created integrated marketing campaigns including, retail, media, promotions, PR and more- Partnered with all major studios to ensure synchronized product and marketing launches for all entertainment properties- Led all creative agencies in their day to day interaction with the brand teams globally- Powering growth of billion-dollar brands like My Little Pony, Nerf, and PlayDoh

At Tiger, with the help of countless Inventor Groups, Entertainment Studios, Media and Promotional Partners, we reimagined how kids played and created new categories driving innovation throughout the Toy Business. Furby, Hit Clips, Video Now and more revolutionized the industry. As Senior Vice President some of our accomplishments include:- Produced 7 out of 10 #1 toys in a 10-year period- Build Tiger into the largest privately- held toy company in the world- Established relationships with all TV, film, and music studios- Built promotional partnerships with dozens of CPG, QSR, and Retail partners- Served as spokesperson for the company in hundreds of media placements- Powering growth of new billion-dollar brands like Furby, PooChi, and HitClips
