Served as lead Delivery Manager in the Managed Services portfolio, facilitating customer meetings, managing customer escalations, working with offshore resources to prioritize work, and mentoring engineers on best practices for implementing B2B integrations.

Lead analyst for all transportation related messages to/from carriers and suppliers. This includes project management of numerous partners at different stages of implementation, testing, and production for ground transportation EDI messages 204, 990, 214, and 210 as well as supplier messages 753 (Request for Routing Instructions) and the 754 (Routing Instructions). Collaborated daily with on/off shore resources as well as our EDI partner network and Opentext/Liaison for troubleshooting and support of EDI messages, documentation, and new development.

Served as Lead EDI Systems Analyst & Developer for Owens & Minor (Halyard), international medical supplies distribution corporation. Coached offshore resources in the use of Gentran NT including process orchestration, adapter configuration, and system maintenance. Served as EDI lead in the migration of consulting firms, Cognizant to NTT. Performed countless knowledge transfer sessions on the existing legacy architecture and their relation to newer enterprise systems such as B2Bi.

Key resource in the migration of legacy MessageWay communications and processes to Sterling B2B Integrator. Activities of this migration included sFTP and AS2 setup & testing in Sterling MFT, Sterling Integrator map development for key Vendor transactions including Orders, ASN's, Invoices, and Order acknowledgements, as well as Business Process troubleshooting and partner on-boarding.

Managed all phases of EDI Partner on-boarding for multi million-dollar Department of Defense (DOD) logistics contract. Tested and performed all production cut-over activities for ANSI X12 transactions 219, 220, 204, 990, 210, & 214, utilizing 3GTMS and Sterling Integrator (B2BI).

As a key resource on the healthcare implementation team I Integrated countless client’s on the Controlled Substance Ordering System (CSOS) using Sterling Integrator and IBM Websphere TX in order to comply with Federal Healthcare mandates leading to increased efficiency in the ordering, fulfillment, invoicing, and distribution of Schedule II pharmaceuticals.

Deployed the company's first live transactions with their chosen 3PL’s (K&N, Matson, GSI, Kenco) developing/testing/supporting Datatstage TX maps for EDI transactions including, 888-Item Master, 940 Warehouse Orders, 945 Shipping Advice, 943/944 Container Receipt, 947 adjustments, and 846 Inventory Advice yielding dramatic cost savings, improved data accuracy, and increased service to our customers.

Collaborated with EDI colleagues and SAP functional groups to document, develop, test, and deploy the first set of live EDI transactions in SAP-PI, allowing EDI team members to get up to speed quicker and to develop more accurate and stable application maps and processes. In turn, this resulted in substantial decreases in the project timeline and budget while increasing team members’ knowledge of new technical tools, processes, and procedures.

Participated in the migration of Fritz Industries customs brokerage, warehousing, and supply chain solutions EDI business into the UPS Supply Chain Portfolio. This included both the migration of existing Sterling Integrator maps and the development of new maps and processes to the custom designed strategic integration platform, utilzing DataStage TX.
