Duties and Responsibilities:• Design Management: Manage and coordinate the design team, including architects, engineers, and other design professionals. Provide leadership and guidance throughout the design process, ensuring that design objectives are met within budget and schedule constraints. • Project Planning: Develop a comprehensive project design plan, including defining project scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines. • Design Concept Development: Lead the design team in developing innovative and creative design concepts that align with the project's vision and requirements. Ensure that design solutions are functional, aesthetically pleasing, and meet the needs of end-users.• Design Coordination: Coordinate design activities with other project disciplines, such as construction, engineering, and interior design. Collaborate with project stakeholders, consultants,contractors to ensure design elements.• Authority Clearances: Coordinate to consultants, Professional Engineers, Registered Inspectors and other professionals for the required submission to authority clearances of New Proposed Buildings and Addition & Alteration (A&A) Projects (Architectural, Civil & Structural and M&E) into given timeline.• Design Reviews and Presentations: Conduct regular design reviews to evaluate the progress, quality, and compliance of design deliverables. Prepare and deliver design presentations to clients if needed, stakeholders, and project teams, explaining design concepts, strategies, and decisions.• Quality Control: Assist quality control procedures to ensure that design outputs meet the required standards, codes, and regulations. Review design documents, drawings, and specifications to identify and resolve potential issues or conflicts. • Design Documentation: Oversee the preparation and maintenance of design documentation, including drawings, specifications, and technical reports. Ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with project requirements.
