In charge of building a wholesale triple play service based on Completel's DSL infrastructure* project team leadership (up to 20 full time team members)* technical design on IP TV and IADs* suppliers selection and management, contract negotiations* definition and follow-up of performance and quality indicators (provisioning, tech support, network)

* Level 3 technical support for Europe on switches and ADSL modems product lines.* Technical point of contact for major accounts in France, Benelux, Switzerland and North Africa.

* Managing projects in network design, technico-economic studies, supplier selection.* Pre-sales and commercial relationship management with existing clients.
