Residential Framing.

-Administrator of the Athletics Department CLASS desktop client/server registration/Point of Sale (POS) software for facilities and fitness classes.-Worked with SQL server 2000 and 2005 (Database queries, backup, recovery).-Troubleshot financial discrepancies using database queries and payment server transaction records. -Project administrator for major CLASS upgrade, upgraded software, upgraded SQL version, and moved database from current server to new VM server.

-Maintained departmental website. Built custom websites, online forms and surveys for residence staff and Conference Services. Created Flash animations, used Photoshop to alter images.-IT support for Housing Office and Residence Desk. Installed software for office staff, cleaned up and optimized PC’s. Repaired/upgraded desktop hardware.-Project administrator for website conversion to Content Management System (CMS), created requirements, moved content from old site to new site, trained staff on how to use CMS.-Administered the Carleton University Residence Card Access system which includes the design, maintenance, upgrading and expansion of systems that allow students access to the residence campus. -Researched and implemented new card encoding system that drastically reduced the amount of magstripe demagnetization failures.
