After 10+ years in the financial industry, I have experienced what it really means to provide an excellent service both to external clients and internal peers. Having started my professional career in the Securities Administrator program at SIX Group, I was keen to understand how processes really work and to see the big picture, and not just one specific part of the operational challenges of the industry.
