We are now living the dream in the beautiful Colorado Rocky Mountains.

Plant Manager for diapers/nappies plant in Johannesburg South Africa. This was a young site in operation about 4 years. This role gave me the opportunity to apply my manufacturing experience to put the base fundamentals in place of Safety, Quality, Cost, Reliability/Efficiency, and Organizaitonal Design. Building capability of a young team is the key to delivering stronger results. Along the way, this gave me and my wife the opportunity to live in and experience the South African culture.

Plant Manager for diapers plant and Site Manager for the combined diapers plant and tissue/towel plant. Grew volume to become P&G's largest North America diaper plant. Led the plant to achieve all time best resutls in all key measures.

Plant Manger for P&G Japan single sourcing of diapers and feminine hygiene products. Led plant key factor measures to best in class. Had the great opportunity to experience the Japanese country and culture for 4 years.

Operations Manager for the then P&G's largest North America diaper plant. Launch manager for the replatforming of the diaper manufacturing technology. Global Development Manager for the newly created pants diaper.

Process Department Manager for P&G North America single sourcing of liquid fabric conditioners. The Site Technical Systems Manager for the site in addition to Operations Manager for Dry Bleach.

Product and technical engineering for Dry Laundry, Shampoo, Toothpaste, and Fabric Conditioners in the International Engineering group for Latin America and the Middle East; and then for Sheet and Liquid Fabric Conditioners for North America.
