Services include evaluation, design and implement of safety programs, performing loss analyses, safety training, and development and implementation of regulatory compliance programs.

ReEnergy Roxbury Inc. accepts and recycles solid materials from construction and demolition activities. Processing approximately 600 tons per day, managed facility operations, maintenance, and administrative activities while ensuring safe and efficient production. Worked to coordinate inbound materials, all aspects of processing operations and outbound distribution of segregated materials. Worked to communicate objectives, select, develop and evaluate personnel in accordance with company policies, procedures and government regulations.

Transformed this small, bankrupt RMW transporter to a highly profitable and respected service provider that operated throughout New England. Expanded service to include collection of recyclables, universal waste and other regulated materials. Among first in the region to work with Massachusetts Public Health and Law Enforcement to collect medications and sharps. Additionally provided trama clean-up.

From concept, developed safety, quality control and training and programs to help customers comply with State and Federal Regulations (OSHA, JACHO, ADA and CLIA). We worked for small, medium and large health care providers. Service consisted of a facility walk-through and a follow-up with a detailed written report. Next, site specific documents were crafted to address compliance with applicable law. And lastly, we implemented employer/facility training for the customer staff.
