Worked to coordinate inbound materials, all aspects of processing operations and outbound distribution of segregated materials. Worked to communicate objectives, select, develop and evaluate personnel in accordance with company policies, procedures and government regulations.

Westford

Transformed this small, bankrupt RMW transporter to a highly profitable and respected service provider that operated throughout New England. Expanded service to include collection of recyclables, universal waste and other regulated materials. Among first in the region to work with Massachusetts Public Health and Law Enforcement to collect medications and sharps. Additionally provided trama clean-up.

From concept, developed safety, quality control and training and programs to help customers comply with State and Federal Regulations (OSHA, JACHO, ADA and CLIA). We worked for small, medium and large health care providers. Service consisted of a facility walk-through and a follow-up with a detailed written report. Next, site specific documents were crafted to address compliance with applicable law. And lastly, we implemented employer/facility training for the customer staff.
