Created program content and secured speakers.• Association Management: Counseled NAIOP’s 57 chapters on association management issues including best practices in non-profit management, leadership development and board responsibilities.• Operations: Managed two key departments within the association accountable for nearly 60% of the association’s revenue. Responsible for the oversight of five employees.

Restructured staffing to implement cost savings and achieve greater organizational efficiencies.• Human Resources: Directed the operations of four departments and 21 staff.
