Roles:Diagnosing and treating common illnesses.Utilising evidence-based techniques as per country's guidelines in the most professional and ethical ways to ensure best practice.Working closely with other members of healthcare team to ensure seamless delivery of best care available to clients/ patients.As a first responder, especially at remote construction/ refinery sites in triaging, resuscitating, stabilising, and ensuring prompt appropriate referrals for definitive cares using the Basic Life Support, Advanced Cardiac Life Support, and Advanced Trauma Life Support protocols.Ensuring the smooth daily operations of the outpatient clinics with all readiness for medical and non-medical emergencies.Empowering clients/ patients with Health education on the subjects of various illnesses to foster healthy living through locally accessible public health prevention resources.Ensuring safety, especially at remote work site, by reiterating the importance of the Health Safety and Environment guidelines.

• •Leading and supervising a team of medical professionals in the Accident and Emergency Unit, offering leadership and mentorship to ensure smooth operations and great patient care.• Coordinating the triaging, resuscitation, emergency care, prompted appropriate referrals of road traffic crashes and other accident victims of mass casualties brought to the Accident and Emergency unit as per Basic Life Support and Advanced Cardiac Life Support protocols.• Managing critical and challenging situations, identifying medical crises swiftly, and delivering appropriate treatments, leading in a significant increase in positive patient outcomes.• Utilize evidence-based techniques to improve treatment quality, increase efficiency, and uphold the highest standards of medical practice in accordance with the hospital's goal.• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive healthcare solutions, fostering a cohesive work environment and promoting effective communication to ensure the seamless coordination of patient management.• Conduct regular medical audits and implement quality improvement initiatives to address any potential gaps in service, significantly enhancing the department's overall performance and adherence to international healthcare standards.• Play an instrumental role in training and nurturing new medical staff, imparting knowledge and instilling a culture of compassionate patient care, further contributing to the hospital's ongoing success and positive impact on the community.• Actively engage in research and medical publications, contributing to the advancement of medical knowledge and fostering an environment of innovation and excellence within the Accident & Emergency Unit.• Maintain a robust focus on ethical conduct and confidentiality, upholding the highest professional standards and instilling confidence in patients, their families, and the institution as a whole.
