I work in the HR services industry since 1986. My main areas of expertise are: career coaching - leadership coaching - talent development - team dynamics - leading organizations & people through change - recruitment & selection - headhunting - interim management. Those activities are conducted primarily at management and executive level but also with white collars in general. I acquired experience as a business unit manager and as a consultant through working for a number of multinational companies and by leading my own consultancy company for 12 years. As a Senior Consultant at Right Management my focus is advising and personal coaching of managers, executives and white collars through their career process whether it is in outplacement, internal career mobility or development of competences. The result of my broad experience across a number of industry sectors has enabled me to build up a comprehensive knowledge of the evolving labour market and future trends of the work-place environment. This understanding has allowed me to develop a special capability to bring people and companies together and also guide people in their personal career planning and through their specific change processes. I started my career focusing on the area of financial planning and analysis within the European Headquarters of a major US multinational in the pharmaceutical and medical industry.
