Prepare steering reviews to ensure understanding of operational performance to support the leadership team to manage the business.• Developed an automated resource management report which operates as a backbone importing live data of resources competencies levels vs the manufacturing needs by station. The data is imported from different sources, organized and prepared to automatically build a report in a data visualization tool to show the actual gaps and the plan to close the gaps.
