Managed analytical projects under the regulatory authority of the Railroad Commission ofTexas, the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality, the New Mexico Oil ConservationDivision, the New Mexico Bureau of Land Management and the U.S. EnvironmentalProtection Agency; managed Texas Risk Reduction Program projects; oversaw dailyoperations for a privately owned environmental laboratory; consulted approximately 1500clients annually; advised client’s attorneys regarding data validation and usability in classaction lawsuit; supervised 20 analytical chemists; reviewed and approved analytical reportsinvolving volatiles, semi-volatiles, wet chemistry and metals analyses.
