Participating in other standards audits: ISO 9001, RJC, Fairmined, etc. Management of the first aid team and internal emergency group (GIMM – Groupe d’Intervention Metalor Marin)Training of all employees to the new safety program “Safety First” and all other safety training (chemical products, Log Out Tag Out – LOTO, “Entering in a confined space” etc.)Conducting major Health & Safety Projects: lifting aids, height workstations, storage of heavy loads, ATEX, confined space, etc.Developing procedures and H&S standards (authorization for external company, entry in a confined space, fire permit, PPE etc.).
