Employed as a Senior Service Desk Analyst providing telephone/remote support for approx 4000 users across the country.Babcock Marine own and operate major dockyard facilities at Devonport and Rosyth.Working in a team of around 15 analysts, manning the service desk, logging calls and, when possible, providing problem resolution over the phone using Remote Desktop and DameWare Remote Control.Other duties include AD account management and creating and maintaining mailboxes and contacts using Exchange Management Console and scripts. Also BES admin and RSA SecurID admin.

Working on the DII project, I was a member of the IMPEX team responsible for exporting data from legacy systems and importing onto DII using AD, Exmerge & Robocopy.

First and second line support for the CHOtS domain at Yeovilton and several satellites supporting approximately 500 users using 20 NT4/Exchange 5.5 servers.

Responsible for all hardware and software at the Yeovil office. Network administrator for both the Novell/GroupWise server and the Windows NT4/Exchange 5.5 domain
