CurrentI am a Partner in the Litigation Department of the New York office of Cooley LLP and a member of the International Arbitration and Public International Law groups. My practice focuses on international litigation, international commercial arbitration, and international investment arbitration. I have represented international corporations in complex commercial disputes under the ICC, LCIA, ICDR, AAA, JAMS, SIAC, and UNCITRAL rules, as well as States and investors in public international law disputes under the ICSID and UNCITRAL rules. I also have significant experience before US courts representing clients in enforcement of arbitral agreements and arbitral awards under the Federal Arbitration Act and New York Convention.
